    Adjustable Kettlebell 20-40 lbs

    This is a great kettlebell. It’s very easy to switch through the weight you want. When I first used it, I could hear the weights inside make a bit of noise doing swings. I made some adjustments in my tempo and can’t hear a sound now. It taught me to use more control. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
